Otley Science Festival

COST Various, tickets for talks start from £5. Science Fair on 11th November is free.

Cambridge Science Festival

Cheltenham Science Festival

WHAT Packed with “debate, discovery, experiments, enjoyment and hands on fun”, Cheltenham Science Festival has previously boasted speakers including Brian Cox, Richard Dawkins and Alice Roberts.

Tiny Sparks

WHEN 13th September – 22nd November 2017

WHERE Discovery Museum, Newcastle

COST £20 plus booking fee for a block of six sessions.

WHAT Helping children aged 2 – 4 years learn about great scientists through playing, making and singing. Booking is essential.

WHEN 8th July – 31st December 2017

WHERE Spark Gallery, Eureka! The National Children’s Museum, Halifax

COST Included in admission ticket (adults and children aged 3 – 15 years £12.95, children aged 1-2 years £5.25).

WHAT “…totally interactive digital art, gaming and technology experience.” Activities include robot building and making a dance video using animation.

London International Youth Science Forum

WHEN 25th July – 8th August 2018

WHERE Imperial College, London

WHAT A 14 day residential that includes lectures, demonstrations, visits and seminars, attended by 500 students aged 16-21 from 75 different countries. You will need to fill in an application form to attend, details can be found online.
